Theft, lost or damage on the bike

During the loan period (14 days) the bike is the responsibility of the borrower (Tetra Pak Employee). The bike must be handled with care. Both the normal bike lock and the chain lock shall be used when the bike is parked. When the bike is parked, the battery shall be removed from the bike and stored safely. If it the bike is damaged, lost or stolen, the borrower's (Tetra Pak employee) insurance applies.

Processing of Personal Data

When booking in our booking system, we collect and process your personal information to complete your booking. We collect your email, contact, and address information and store them as required to fulfill our agreement with you as our customer and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
