Instructions for eBike loan
Booking
The loan is for two weeks per employee and year. Starting a Monday, ending a Sunday.
Your two week booking period is confirmed with an e-mail to you. An email will automatically also be sent to the main reception.

Pick-up the bike
You can pick up your bike earliest 7:30 am when the main reception opens.
At the pick-up date, the bike will be parked inside the gated bike-parking lot next to building 311 (located next to the tennis court). Link to Lund site map
The bike is locked with a bike frame lock and a chain lock.
A bag with keys is collected at the main reception (at Ruben Rausings gata). The bag will contain:
- Key to the bike frame lock (marked with the bikes number starting with E)
- Key to the chain lock (marked with the chain locks number starting with L)
- Padlock and key to a padlock for charging locker at site (marked with the bikes number starting with E)
- Battery to the bike
- Charging cord to the battery
Return the bike
Return your bike latest 20.00 pm on the Sunday evening.
The bike shall be parked inside the fenced bike-parking lot next to building 311, where it was picked up. It shall be locked both with the bike frame lock and the chain lock.
The bag, with keys, battery and charging cord, shall be returned to the guard next the main reception during the weekend, and to the main reception during working hours.
The battery shall be charged when the bike is returned. The electricity consumption of the last trip is excluded.
Charging of the battery
The battery shall be charged with the charging cord that comes with the bike. Charging can not be done outdoors if the temperature is below -5 OC or above 30 OC.
The charging lockers at the bike parking lots can be used for charging at work. The pad lock can then be used for locking the lockers. The battery must not be charged inside the sites fence.

Theft, lost or damage on the bike
During the loan period (14 days) the bike is the responsibility of the borrower (Tetra Pak Employee). The bike must be handled with care. Both the bike frame lock and the chain lock shall be used when the bike is parked. When the bike is parked, the battery shall be removed from the bike and stored safely. If it the bike is damaged, lost or stolen, the borrower's (Tetra Pak employee) insurance applies.
